Artists are to gather at 8:00 AM June 3, 2017 at the Fuqua Park gazebo to register. An entry fee of $15 per person is payable at that time. A blank 11" x 14" canvas will be supplied upon registration. Artists will bring their own painting supplies, i.e. paints, brushes, easels, chairs, and other essentials. Early notification will be appreciated so an adequate number of canvases can be purchased. Call (580) 467-6080.

Rules & Requirements:
Entries fees are non-refundable
Only artwork on the issued canvases will be allowed
Artists will be allowed only one canvas per $15.00 entry fee
No photographic entries; in part or in full
No artwork that has been pasted onto the canvas will be allowed
Neither manufactured items, nor items not created within the time span of the event will be allowed
Artists must be set up inside the park boundary, which is understood to be Fuqua Park east of Highway 81, south of Beech Street, and north of Oak Ave.
Any art medium is acceptable, i.e. oils, acrylics, watercolors, pastels, or mixed mediums.
Starting time (9:00 AM) and ending time (11:00 AM) will be strictly adhered to.
After judging, artists may take their own artwork.
Sale of any art work may be arranged through the artist and the potential buyer, not through the Duncan Art Guild.
We are honored to have Ms. Jan Stratton of Lawton, OK as the judge for this event. Ms. Stratton is an accomplished award-winning artist, in addition to her long professional career as a newsperson for Channel 7 in Lawton.
