Description

Beer yoga seems like a stretch but it’s good for what ales you! Come enjoy a fun and refreshing beginner/basic yoga session while enjoying an adult beverage.

Join us for our Beer Yoga classes on Friday, April 22 at 5:30pm to recover from St. Patrick’s Day!

DeeDee with Sunkissed Yoga will lead everyone through a Beginner Flow Yoga Class. Cost is $10, which includes a beverage (beer or wine for 21+, soda or water - no pre-registration). The class will take place in the brewery (where we actually brew beer!) ...A.K.A. "Where the magic happens!"

FAQ

- Will there be yoga mats for those who don’t have one? Bring your own mat or a beach towel! if you don’t have one there are a few available to use or use a beach towel

- What is proper attire for yoga? Wear clothes that you can easily move in.

-Are kids welcome? 13-up (minors with parents supervision)
