Dr. Shane Claborn and other members of the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians, will be offering FREE Iris Scanning for Children Pre-K -- Fourth Grade in cooperation with the Oklahoma Sheriff's Association.  The event will be held at The Chisholm Mall near La Fiesta in Duncan on Saturday, May 2nd from 10:00am to 2:00pm.  

 

Over 2000 children are reported missing everday.  "Identification In The Blink of An Eye" is part of "The CHILD Project", which is a secure nationwide network and registry, maintained by the Nation's Missing Children Organization - that enables Sheriffs Offices and social service agencies across the nation to locate and positively identify missing children through iris scanning. 

 

Iris scanning is the fastest and most accurate identification method available today.  The scanning device looks like a high tech pair of binoculars.  It is safe for the eyes and takes just a matter of minutes.
