“An Aspirin a Day…” a Health Connections Event at DRH

Duncan Regional Hospital is hosting “An Aspirin a Day…” with Dr. Kent King, MD, on August 25th at 7:00 p.m. in the DRH Learning Center.

Dr. King will be discussing the benefits of taking an aspirin every day.

His objectives are:

1. When men and women should begin prophylactic aspirin therapy
2. Why an aspirin a day is essential to prevent heart disease and stroke
3. What is a proper dose of aspirin
4. Who else could be at risk and should consider aspirin therapy

This Health Connections event is free and open to the public. No registration is required.
