Running 101

Duncan Regional Hospital is hosting Running 101, a preparation class for the upcoming SOS Marathon.
Running 101 will take place August 27th at 7:00 pm in the DRH Learning Center, located at 2205 Duncan Regional Loop Road.
Guest speaker Matt Aguero, Head Men's Cross Country Coach Fitness Center Assistant Director Cameron University, will discuss proper training shoes, training principles, training components, and training and race day tips.
The event is free and open to the public.
