Mothers of Duncan (MoD), formerly known as Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) will have its first meeting of the new school year on Monday, September 14th, 9-11 a.m. at First Baptist Church.  It is a non-denominational group and any mom is welcome to attend. 

MoD meets the second Monday of each month.  Childcare is provided and the moms enjoy snacks, fellowship with other Duncan area mothers, special presentations by guest speakers and many opportunities to do special projects for the community.  

The registration fee is $20 and there are scholarships available for those who need help.  This money goes to fund any community activities or special projects done throughout the year.  Also, each monthly meeting has a $5 fee to cover the cost of childcare, crafts, snacks, etc. 

Children are cared for in a nursery type setting provided by First Baptist Church.

This year’s meeting dates are:

September 14, October 12, November 9, December 14, January 11, February 8, March 8, April 12, and May 10.
