This will be a fund raiser for Stephens County Crime Stoppers, Inc.  The program will consist of a Steak Dinner and Trimmings, and a live auction.  Retired Judge Richard Carter (legal rep for Crime Stoppers USA) of Arlington Texas will be the guest speaker discussing the success and future of Crime Stoppers.  Senator Anthony Sykes, Chairman of Public Safety and Judicial Committee of the Oklahoma State Senate will also speak.  Entertainment will be provided by "Boomerang" a Nashville based band headed by Boomer Castleman, who is one of the top recording studio guitarist, and prolific songwriter for artists such as John Denver, Lyle Lovett, The Monkeys, The Lewis and Clark Expedition, Michael Martin Murphy, Pat Boone and others.  He has played for President Bill Clinton at the White House and had top 40 songs such as "Judy Mae", "Telephone Man" and others.  He is the inventor of the Palm Pedal that can make a guitar sound like a pedal steel guitar.  Also, with Boomerang is Lois Hess, the only female drummer to be on the staff at the Grand Ole Opry, and is ranked as one of the top 5 female drummers today.
